Job Description

Drive Cont. Impr. culture through training, co-ordination & Impl. Operation. of principles of Lean/6 Sigma in day-to-day opr. in BPO. Work closely with Operation., Transition, Training, On-site teams & Clients to optimize Quality, Efficiency, Cost & Customer
Must be certified BB from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/6 Sigma methodology. Must have 12 yrs of relevant hands-on exp. In Service/ Transactional Quality.
