Job Profile: Would be expected to work as HR Business Partner on all HR Strategic & Operational aspects including Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, Appraisals etc. Will be expected to design & implement all HR policies, manuals, initiatives.
Graduates / MBAs aged 33-45 with 12-25 years relevant experience of which recent years must be in organisations having multi-locational regional / branch offices. Must be very strong in strategic & operational HR. Must be currently having role of HR Business Partner. Must be capable of and willing to work independently. Will lead a small team.
