Job Description


The role of the Product Manager is to own and lead by working with the Product Head to articulate, manage and deliver on the product roadmap including features, technology, integration, extensibility as well as on GTM. This is a highly visible position that will interact and influence at all levels of the Organization's.

The brief Job description is:

Develop business model and offering strategy to maximize revenue in the markets within which we compete

Collaborate with product development to develop the product offerings for identified opportunities

Work with the sales and support teams to ensure successful sales and deployment of the products

Manage and drive Product Business Plans and be responsible for GTM Strategy and Product line ROI

Visit to Customer places to understand the pain points in the products and prepare a road map based on cost-benefit analysis for addition and improvising the existing products.

Effectively communicate product strategy, plans and roadmap both internally and externally


Must have 1-3 years of experience as Assistant Product Manager/Direct Sales/Assistant Brand Manager

MBA from a top business school is strongly recommended

Relevant work experience in - FMCG, E-commerce sectors would be preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and complex stakeholder relationships - work prioritization, planning and time management

Demonstrated ability to interpret data to make business recommendations

A sharp mind with good Analytical skills

Superior verbal and written communication skills in English

Outstanding computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Presentation and Microsoft Word - required
