Develop good key customer relationship at different levels of decision making for achieving customer satisfaction, gathering market intelligence, achieving high conversion ratio (order: offer) of high value products (>3 crore) and ensure smooth order execution and cash flow.
Market Intelligence - Look for new requirement within the knowledge area. Quality enquiry generation for high value and high revenue requirement.
Understand the buying process for capital goods / machinery / equipment and accordingly influence at every level.
Team work for achieving the best results.
Qualification: Graduate in mechanical / Production Engg. (BE- Mech./ B-Tech) etc.
Experience: 5 to 8 years minimum working with machine tool companies dealing with Imported machine tools.
Should be conversant in handling private & government customers such as BHEL, RAILWAYS and Defence (Ordnance Factories)
Should be conversant with tendering procedures of Railways and ordnance Factories and also should have sufficient experience with private Industries in and around Chenai. Candidate will be reporting to Sr .Vice President Chennai.
Should be conversant with high value / high revenue sale and also experience in sale of large machine tool projects with revenue per transaction more than 50 lakhs.
Good personality and written and verbal communication skill needed. Good listening capacity, strong negotiation skills, elegant in approach, agility and able to bear work pressure & willing to travel in a short notice is required.
Customer rapport and relations is the key for this position.
Communication should be good.
