Job Description

5-10 years experience
1-2 prior experience in IT Service Desk Level1/2 support
Certifications on SQL/Oracle, SAP and/or any other technologies
Experience and technical expertise as specified in the Key Qualification section: Web technologies, database support, windows 2008/2012 servers, SQL etc..,

Role: Expected to work with L1 technicians in flawless handling of tickets, handle non resolved tickets and calls and provide resolution. Work with SMEs to ensure domain/technology specific issues are resolved or notified to stakeholders for resolution for customers
