Job Description

Educational Qualification : Qualified / Semi Qualified - Chartered Accountants ICWA / CS / Law / MBAs

Experience : 3+ years of post-qualification relevant work experience in Commercial contract management in IT/ITES / BPO / Service Industry / BFSI sector.

Overview of the role requirement :

Good command over commercial and contract management concepts in IT/ITes industry. This role will be a part of Corporate Commercial and will report into a VP. It is an Individual Contributors role, could grow into a Team Management Role.
Excellent command over English language-both spoken and written.
Able to address issues of stakeholders and take on actions with a positive frame of mind.
Able to strategize and demonstrate its practicality to senior management and business teams.
Continuous improvement initiatives through identifying gaps in the process and implementing improvement projects promptly and with set timelines.
Astute follower of documentation principles.
Develop rapport with stakeholders, Internal client contacts, senior management and others.
Developing rapport with end client contacts and ensuring a smooth relationship with them.
Effective team member
Excellent command over Excel and good command over PowerPoint and MS Word.
Excellent skills to summarize, highlight key points, able to emphasize on key problem areas or opportunity areas
Ready to work extra hours and over weekends.
Able to work under minimum supervision and monitoring, self-driven, self-motivated, positive attitude, go-getter, good team player.
Respects the timelines and exceptional situations.
Knowledge of MS Office Applications ; Minimum 3+ Years of post-qualification, relevant work experience in IT / ITES / Any Service Industry. Excellent communication skills, analytical skills & excel skills. Experience in Oracle Accounting platform would be added advantage.

Responsibilities :

The candidate would be working as Commercial Manager within Private Sector.

Experience of Commercial contract management
Excellent hands on experience of minimum of 3+ years of Total Experience
A conscientious and excellent communicator (Project Description) The main responsibilities include:
Establishment of commercial principles/pricing for in-account sales responses;
Contract drafting and contract change management
Establishment of Commercial Plans and Controls
Work order/SoWs reviews and commercial approval
Establishment and operation of control to ensure effective financial management and maximization of billing;
Management of contractual compliance and commercial risks;
Management of third party suppliers; (Other Requirements) The candidate should have well developed knowledge, and contribute towards effective commercial & contract
Management activities and achieve commercial objectives and business targets.
