Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
Responsible primarily for compensation analysis task/project.
Collect data about company's C&B policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.
Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of related working experience or
Master 's degree with 2 years of related working experience.
Requires a full working knowledge of business practices and procedures in a professional field.
Applies theories, principles and concepts, and determines and executes a course of action.
