Possess a sound knowledge of salary processing, recruiting and staffing
performance management and improvement systems
employee on-boarding, development,
HR policy development and documentation;
Maintain employee relations and office discipline
Being fair and advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits to Management
compensation and benefits administration;
Demonstrate initiative and taking leads in everyday office administration jobs
Act as a bridge between Management & Employees and vice-versa
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
