Qualification -- Diploma in Hotel Management, MBA
Develop Strategies for HospitalityBusiness both for the existing infrastructure as well as conceptual and strategy inputs for the design and development of subsequent phases.
Develop and maximize revenues from various streams of activities
Develop Commercial Annual Operating Plans and ensure achievement of targets set.
Leading and managing airport commercial development and sales efforts by innovative methods of promotions/sales.
Manage relationships with concessionaires/business partners and regulatory agencies with the overall objective of delivering service
Increase customer satisfaction and optimize customer service quality and levels to ensure positive customer experience and achieve Commercial ASQ ratings.
Represent the company at various relevant committee meetings, and at formal functions
Regularly studying and analyzing the global commercial best practices, and determining the extent and scope of incorporating the same
Responsibilities would also include Pricing Strategies, Commercial Process Ownership, commercial development, current legislation and contract law, subcontract Management, and supporting all tender and bid proposal activity
Provide commercial guidance to Business Units, Programme Functions and Senior Management team.

Commercial awareness and strong business and marketing analysis skills and in depth knowledge of the economic environment, customer needs, competitor behavior and internal operations.

10-14 years previous experience in a revenue generating business, related to hospitality/QSR business having joint venture management, retail contracting and franchise management experience
Above experience to include 3-5 years experience in QSR formats
Should have successfully managed a commercial/sales team in a national/regional role
