Experience required 10-15 Years (5 Years in Cheese Production)
Candidate should able to speak Marathi language & should ready to work in rural area.
Job Responsibilities :
- Candidate should have 5 years at least experience in cheese production
- Should have gained knowledge in various cheeses and different verity of cheese blends.
- Developed products like Cheese Replacer, Different flavors of cream cheese, Processed Cheese, Low Fat Mozzarella.
- Developed a new category of processed cheesy foods formulations
- Developing production plans & schedules, arranging resources to ensure achievement of targets as per budgeted parameters.
- Coordinate R&D trials and Tech transfer protocols for all new product introductions at site.
- Directing, leading and motivating workforce involving technical service, maintenance department, contractors, subordinates and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness.
- Update the production process in ORACLE & SAP.
- Implementation of GMP, ISO, MMPO, FSMS, GMP etc.
- To monitor QMS policies, Food Safety Management Systems, ISO9001:2000 quality systems through quality compliance.
- Manufacturing Practices to sustain QMS.
- Preparation of periodically (i.e. Weekly/Monthly) Production, Productivity & Sales MIS required to Top Management.
- Inventory verification and valuation at the end of month, quarter and year.
