Manage all employee relations issues end to end, including complex performance issues, complex behavior issues, disciplinary actions etc.
Streamline processes for managing ER administration; in particular ensure standard processes and documentation are published and used, subject to local employment practices and legal requirements
Work with HR team & other departments like Security, BCP, Legal, Finance, Medical to proactively identify potential issues or trends and provide options / solutions to effectively mitigate risks
Develop and deliver value added education programs for HRBP s and line managers to deal with critical ER related issues. Build external networks across India and be viewed both internally and externally as an expert in the ER field
Deep expertise to laws, regulations and processes related to employment matters in India.
Proactively update and educate HR s and line managers on best ER practices across India.
