Business expansion and client engagement activities in a defined territory or account
Rollout Go-to-Market strategies for IT Outsourcing, Infrastructure Management Services and System Integration offerings across all non-Government verticals in West Region.
Prospect, identify, qualify and develop strong sales pipeline in the defined territory.
Will carry target for pipeline creation, new order booking and quarterly revenues.
Will have to ensure that new deals are acquired with gross margins as per company norms.
Will need to work with OEMs, Consultants, and Analysts to position Tech.s propositions in the addressable industry segments and to leverage these organizations for pipeline creation.
Should have the necessary techno-commercial skill and experience to be able to position Infrastructure Solutions to clients and convert to sales.
Qualifications / Experience 10-12 years of work experience in Tier 1 IT organization/s.
BE/MBA from a premier institute.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure Management Services, IT Outsourcing and System Integration services.
Demonstrated history of regular goal achievement through Infrastructure services sales/ pre-sales.
Strong understanding of complex business processes, technology landscapes/ platforms.
Should have experience of large and complex Solution Sales in Infrastructure Services.
Should have strong connects with OEMs, Consulting firms and Analyst firms.
Should have a strong understanding of the addressable industry segment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven.
Ability to apply domain knowledge, along with creativity, to drive innovative solutions and effective service deliveries
Imp note: He needs to have experience on Infra sales with deep customer connect, last 5 years in IMS Sales
