Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Graduate , MBA (Marketing) will be preferred , with 6 to 9 years of hands experience in sales & Business Development in the Lighting industry, preferably in LED Luminaries
Should have good hold on channels , projects & institutional sales
Should enjoy excellent relations with product specifiers in Lighting vertical
Responsible for LED sales for Mumbai & Maharashtra region.
Currently should be in a leadership role.
Excellent market knowledge , Effective communication & strong negotiation skills
Prepare Sales Strategy & Business plan
Monitor Competition & analyse various Business Opportunities.
Gather market intelligence & monitor market buying habits & trends
Represent at trade exhibitions, events & product demonstrations
Rationalise & Improve distribution / Channel Management
Form an efficient & effective Sales team & align objectives & monitor its fulfilment.
Identify Prospects , establish relations with potential customers & penetration in various market segments
Excellent planning & analytical skills
Developing relationships with Builders, contractor , Architects, interior designer & lighting consultants , Designers, specifiers & facilitators
Product Demonstration , Technical discussion & strive product approvals for up-coming projects
Lead a team to achieve, set targets, Support team & help in technical /commercial negotiations & converting to commercial orders.
