Job Description

Responsibilities and Account-abilities :

Keep a close eye on finances and marketing in each store
* Planning & Achieving Revenue Target
* Understand their company's policies and guidelines
* Implement sales strategies and goals that are adhered to by
each store
* Ensure planning and availability of the stocks
* Planning and adherence to SOP's
* Ensuring the deliveries and adherence to store audits via the
team
* Hiring and training managers at each store

DESIRED PROFILE :

Should have handled operations at a couple of stores
independently
* Complete knowledge of store management
* Knowledge on Merchandising
* Conceptual knowledge - In terms of Store Handling &
Supervision
* Creative and has strategic thinking in place - To forecast and
plan regularly.

7-9 years of direct sales experience preferably in the retail
industry
* Should have a direct store handling experience for at least 2-3
years
