End-to-end management of the global customer satisfaction survey process
Driving the survey process from identification of customer contacts to delivery of results to our headquarters and countries through a front end tool, whilst working in close collaboration with our market research agency and our customer insights managers
Leverage previous experience with global, preferably B2B, market research studies to develop a best in class approach for customer satisfaction surveys
Focus on delivering powerful customer insights, that has the potential to impact and drive business
