Candidate would be responsible for Recruitment activities for the organization.
Responsible for talent acquisition and talent management in the organization.
Will be required to conduct campus drives and to travel frequently.
Must have experience in handling all HR & admin functions of the Plant.
To support the execution of a comprehensive talent management strategy, for the business which covers Talent Management process, Talent Mapping, Workforce planning, Succession planning.
To create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.
Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.
To assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies.
To establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
Responsible for execution of HR strategies, which support Business goals.
To adjust HR execution plans, as needed, to respond to changing business requirements.
Minimum 8 years of experience as HR Manager. Strong preference would be given to candidates with similar industry experience.
