Candidate would be responsible for developing and getting implemented the IT strategy for Energy business
Able to collaborate with the various departments of Energy and lead various IT initiatives in the Finance & Accounting, Fuel Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Power Generation, Customer Relationship Management, Maintenance, Quality, EHS etc. areas
Strong communication skills with ability to convince various levels of management about the IT strategy
Good network in the Energy-IT sphere and in relevant SAP or other customer user groups, so as to leverage the knowledge gained for benefit.
At least 15 years of overall experience including 8 years of SAP implementation and maintenance experience in Power Generation companies
Must have worked on at least 4 full life-cycle SAP implementations within India or overseas
Exposure to the integration of SAP solutions with process automation systems of power generation plants will be given preference
This position would be based in Mumbai HQ of the Group, but the candidate should be willing to travel up to 50% of the working time
Desired Skills and Experience:
Total Experience : 15-20 years
Minimum 8+ years of SAP implementation experience in Power Generation Companies.
