Job Description

This is a Customer Service position which will require multitasking and packing and shipping of medical products.

Your responsibilities:


Responsible for the processing of repair orders, communication with customers and sales representatives, dissemination of customer requirements to repair technicians, and the shipping of repaired instruments to customers.


* Inputs repair orders into computer system
* Inputs details about repair estimates and diagnostic information (when applicable) into computer system
* Adds special customer requirements to repair orders (when applicable)
* Provides the customer with repair quotes based on evaluations made by repair technicians
* Handles pricing, delivery, and other general inquiries from customers
* Files repair order paperwork
* Performs physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping repaired instruments to customer
* Follows procedures to comply with department/company policies
* Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices
* Notify customers and/or sales representatives of order receipt and order shipment
* Must embody the company's Vision, Mission, and Values
* Confirms accurate cross-reference of non-repairable instruments, when customers request "repair/replace"
* Other duties may be assigned.

* Requires 1 - 2 years Customer Service experience, preferably at a medical device company
* Requires high school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
* Requires command of the English language with excellent verbal/phone and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software
* Experience with SAP is highly desired
* Must have good organizational, planning, and problem solving skills.
