Candidate is expected to lead a team of analysts in delivering statistical model outputs for media campaigns from across global regions and must have experience in using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, SAS and R and in dealing with large and small datasets.
He / she must have a keen eye for detail and be able summarize model outputs to guide decision making by clients.
The role will require servicing internal clients with very limited external client interaction. Apart from technical expertise, ability to solve issues and deliver projects on a tight schedule are important criteria.

The Account Director Media Analytics is responsible for:
Business and revenue forecasting and planning for own team/regions drive development of innovative analytics solutions for clients which are new or a build on existing solutions maintaining relationships with internal MB clients, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service, in collaboration with other managers, ADs and Head of XM Hub acting as liaison between the internal client and Media Hub team acting as Hub spokesperson on MB technical working groups in the Media and Digital space day to day involvement with projects including interpretation of output, time management, escalating appropriately and occasionally working on projects hands-on management of staff in his/her team:
o training, mentoring and career development of staff
o annual evaluations and monitoring of progress of staff under their management aligning with the Head of XM Hub to ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to in his/her team
conduct training for CS/specialist media and digital teams and maintain material to support delivery of Cross Media analytics
The Account Director Media Analytics reports to the Head of Global XM Hub

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
At minimum, an MBA/MS degree in business management or statistics from a well-reputed program/university.
Advanced/Dual degrees are desirable.
Minimum 9 years of solid work experience in marketing/market research. Ideally, someone who has a proven track record in managing a successful analytics delivery organization.
Experienced in a managing team of at least 5-6 people at various levels.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects delivered to tight deadlines
Willingness to occasionally adjust schedule to overlap with other geographies like Latin America and North America.
Willingness to work in an internal client environment, with very limited interaction with external clients.
