HeadHonchos has been created to address the job search requirements of mid-management and senior professionals. To register on HeadHonchos, a candidate must have a minimum CTC of INR 10L if employed in India, or INR 20L (USD 40000) if employed abroad.
Please note that we review each profile to see if it meets the eligibility criteria and the account is activated if it meets with the salary criteria.

Experience is not a prerequisite to join HeadHonchos. However, while registering, please note that we will review your profile to see if it meets the salary criteria.

We limit how many applications a candidate can post free. This ensures that employers get fewer casual applications. It also gives them the confidence that the candidates who apply to their jobs will be genuinely interested in these positions, making their recruitment process more effective.
That's why we offer a free Basic Membership that only lets you apply for a maximum of 3 jobs in a 6–month period. On the other hand when you go for Premium Membership, you can
Get the flexibility to apply for as many jobs that interest you. Our Silver Plan entitles you to send upto 30 applications, whereas you can send 'unlimited' applications as part of the Gold & Platinum Plans over a 6–month period.

Our unique masking features let you hide confidential information even while giving employers see details that you are comfortable sharing. For instance you could mask your name and details of your current employer and only share your current job description.
Also any information that you add to your profile will be visible to employers only after we have reviewed your profile. At this point, we send you a mail and you can decide to keep any information confidential, simply by clicking on the Mask link in the Profile section.

We get to work searching hand–picked jobs that are matched to your profile and will be in touch every month.
Additionally, for Platinum Members:
Ensure you upload your Resume to receive a complimentary Resume Critique. We get to work searching hand–picked jobs that are matched to your profile and will be in touch every fortnight. You could also call your dedicated Job Search Advisor when you require any information.

If you made a draft/Cheque payment: We will send a draft/cheque to your address within 7-15 working days. In case we do not have your address, our team will contact you to confirm details.
If you made a Credit card payment: We will send the amount directly to your bank account within 7-15 working days.
If you made a Net banking transaction: We will send the amount directly to your bank account within 7-15 working days.

As soon as you register, you receive an email verification link. To complete your registration, please click on the link provided. If you are unable to see the verification email from us, do remember to check your spam folder.
You can also request a new email verification link on your own. Here's how: Click on the Login link on the top right-hand corner of every page on the HeadHonchos web portal. Enter your Email ID and password in the login section that opens and click ‘Submit’. If your email has not been verified, you will see an option to request a new verification link.

Yes, you can – however, if you are working outside India, your annual CTC needs to be USD 40,000 (INR 20L) or more to register on HeadHonchos.

We require your mobile number as most employers require mobile contact information. This helps us to maintain a high quality, live and authentic database of candidates which in turn attracts employers with senior-level jobs on HeadHonchos. Your number will never be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

When you subscribe to any of our Premium Plans, our Career Services Cell will giveyou an ‘on-boarding call’to build value into your profile. Expect this call within 48 working hours after filling in all compulsory information in your profile. Our Career Services Cell will also be glad to assist you and answer any questions that you may have during the call.
Important: we do not call International Members but request them to call in for assistance with your profile. If you are based outside India, please call Career Services between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. IST (GMT + 5.5 hours) for a discussion around your profile.

In case you are unable to take our call, we email you asking for a convenient time to call. You can also call in yourself on +91-11-66197000 (Monday-Friday, IST 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and request the completion of your on-boarding call. Our Career Services Counsellors will be delighted to take this forward.

To continue as a Silver/Gold/Platinum Member and renew your Membership Plan:
You will receive an email alert from us 14, 7 and 1 days before your Premium Plan expires, and can click on the link in the mail to renew your account.
Alternatively, log in to My Page and click on the ‘Upgrade to Premium’ link.

A ‘Forgot Password?’ link is provided on the Home and Login pages. Click on the link and provide your Email ID as required, and we will send you the link to reset your Password.

My Profile
A1.
To maintain a high-quality database, we hand-screen every profile on HeadHonchos. As soon as you update your profile with all compulsory details or upload your resume, we review your profile. Till this process is completed, your profile will show ‘Under screening’.
As soon as the review process is completed, you will receive an email from our end, confirming if your account has been activated. While you can send applications during this period, they will be submitted to the employer only after screening processes have been completed. Similarly, your profile will also be visible to employers after screening is complete.
A2.
Our team reviews your profile as soon as you complete mandatory information. Till such time as we complete this process, your details will not be available to the employer. Please ensure that you complete all mandatory fields as soon as you register. A complete and updated profile will also give you better search results and job recommendations.
A3.
The Profile Meter indicates the percentage of your profile that is complete. It is the ratio between the information you have entered and the total information required to complete your profile.

To keep information confidential, please use the Masking facility. . ‘Click Preview’ to see how a potential employer would view your profile after you have masked it.
You can Mask:
Your complete profile or a full section: On every page of the Profile section, ‘Confidentiality Settings’ are given in the right-hand column. It gives you options to either hide your entire profile or a complete section for eg Work Experience or Personal. You can also manage confidentiality by going to the ‘Settings’ page.
To Mask specific fields: In the Profile section click on the Check-box next to the specific field that you want to Mask.

here is an option to browse and upload a resume file in the ‘Summary’ section of your profile. Once you select the file, please click on the ‘Save’ button to complete uploading your resume. The system supports uploading of maximum of three files in .doc, .docx, .pdf format; upto 500 KB each.
Job Search
A1.
Yes. As a Basic Member, you can search for jobs, save the ones that interest and apply for 3 jobs. To apply to unlimited jobs and leverage the full power of our expertise, you have to upgrade to Premium Membership.
A2.
A saved Search is a short cut to the searches you would use often. It saves you the time and effort to run a particular search repeatedly. When you save a search you can create a reference name for it.

When you save a search, you receive job alerts based on the search preferences entered by you. Enter relevant keywords to refine your search and get well-matched job alerts. You also save time and effort to run a particular search repeatedly.

On the Search page, you can modify your search by clicking on the link
‘Modify or save search’» Try different search options to find the best results.

As a Premium Member, you can directly post a query or a message to a company before applying for a job. Every search result has a Contact option that lets you draft a secure message to the potential employer.
You cannot send messages after applying – the Inbox facility is only intended to get information about the opportunity. After that the ball is in the employer’s court!

A company can choose to keep the employer’s name confidential. You can directly post a query or a message to a company requesting the name of the employer. If the company finds your profile relevant, they will get back to you accordingly.
There is no restriction on applying for such jobs. If a company is not willing to disclose its name, use the message box to request information that can help you decide whether to apply for the job.
A7.
As long as your Premium Membership is valid, there is no limit to the number of jobs you can apply for. However, we suggest that members apply to the most relevant jobs as application spam will reduce the credibility of your candidature.

You can receive job recommendations on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Go to
Settings to modify your how often you would want to receive job recommendations.
A9.
Typically, it takes an average of 3-6 months to find the right job in the senior job space as the real challenge is to find the right job and fitment for a candidate. However, there is no golden rule except to keep your profile and preferences updated at all times so that when the appropriate opportunity is available you can make the most of it.
A10.
Check if our email address has been blocked by your mail management software or if the mails are going into your junk/spam folder.
It could be possible that you have unsubscribed to E-mail job alerts. To subscribe to job recommendations and job alerts, go to the Settings page and in Contact Settings, check the box to receive E-mail alerts.

Settings
A1.
Registered members can manage which newsletters they receive from us and the frequency by logging into the Settings section. Check the communication you wish to receive by clicking on the options in the Preference Centre. The status Active/Unsubscribed indicates that which communication you are receiving from us at any point.

All e-mails from us also carry an Unsubscribe link in the footer and we process unsubscribe requests without exception.
A2.
The email ID you register on HeadHonchos is also your Login ID. To change your email ID go to the Settings page and update your email ID in the My Account section.
An email verification link will be sent to your new email ID to confirm the email address. Please click on the link to activate the new Email ID. Till then, your Login ID will continue to be the old E-mail ID.
A3.
To change your mobile number on HeadHonchos, go to the Settings page and update and save your new mobile number in the My Account section. You will receive a code on your new mobile number. Click on the ‘Verify your mobile’ link on My Page OR go to the Settings page and enter that code to activate your new mobile number.
A4.
On the ‘Settings’ page, click on the ‘Block Companies’ tab. Select the company you want to block from the list provided.
Shopping Cart
A1.
HeadHonchos gives you the flexibility to pay through cheque/demand draft, credit card, internet banking, and mobile payment.
When you go to the Shopping Cart you will be guided through your chosen option. Select the payment option and click 'Confirm Order'. You will be directed to a new page either to make a secure online payment or to process an offline transaction.
A2.
When you make any online payment, we send you an online Invoice cum receipt on your email ID immediately.
In case of a cheque, D/D we send you an invoice when at the time of making the purchase and the receipt once we receive your payment.
Services
A1.
The Executive Resume service draws on our expertise to position your profile based on your objectives. Our Resume Counsellors have over 10 years experience on average and an in-depth knowledge of various industry verticals. We don't simply rewrite, edit and format resumes. We create targeted resumes designed to have a specific, immediate impact on decision-makers.
A2.
Once you buy the Executive Resume service, your Resume Counsellor will call you for a detailed discussion on your profile.
A3.
We share the draft version of the Resume with you and if you feel the need for further modifications, once we have your feedback, your Resume Counsellor will discuss and make changes accordingly.

We will revert to you with the first draft of your Executive Resume within 14 working days from your discussion with the Resume Counsellor.

To avail Executive Resumes you need to be a registered member of HeadHonchos. You can avail this service even with a Basic Membership.

To avail our Career Analytics you need to be a registered member of HeadHonchos. You can avail these services even with a Basic Membership.

Most organizations today request candidates/employees to comply with verification and background screening formalities. HeadHonchos, in association with ONICRA, introduces an employee background screening service so that you can fast-track your employment process.

When you avail the Executive Resumes service, we work with you to re-create a resume by focusing on the kind of role you are looking for. On the other hand, under the Resume Critique service, we review your resume and recommend changes that you should make. With the Resume Critique, we provide pointers and tips in the original document to facilitate comparison but we do not offer you a new resume.
