  1. I agree with you wholeheartedly. Indeed Passion is the basic ingredient for becoming successful in your life and career alike. Perseverance, Patience and the will to stick it out are the other ingredients which are equally essential and important. Without these, very few people become successful.

  2. Success is the end result of total ingredients of Vision, Dreams, Passion to pursue your dreams, continuous efforts against all odds, perseverance and lots & lots of hard work and patience amidst failures. Then one can “quote” many one-liners and everyone will publish and read the same. But my version is also to put success as everyday achievements of common man, if he commits to do something and completes the same, be it a small errand.
